For over two decades, Eugenia Chen has led her own design ventures, specializing in the Location Based Entertainment and Toys, holding two design patents and a utility patent. As the co-founder and Principal Designer at Launchmode Design Co., she brings her expertise to dedicate serving the toy industry.
Currently, she consults as the Sr. Director of Location Based Experiences Asia for Paramount Consumer Products and Experiences, contributing to both the core design team and business development in Asia. Eugenia's career embodies a fusion of creative insight and business acumen, with track records of significant contributions to high-profile projects.
A graduate of Art Center College of Design, she now serves as a new board member for Ryman Arts, further enriching her dedication to nurturing emerging talent in the creative industry.
