Led the creative vision and cross-functional execution to bring the Nickelodeon brand to life within a flagship Game Center at Studio City, Macau. This initiative required bridging consumer products strategy with immersive, location-based entertainment to ensure a cohesive, story-driven guest experience that extended beyond attraction design into merchandising, visual identity, and brand touchpoints.
Partnering closely with global franchise teams, regional stakeholders, operators, and licensees, I aligned creative direction with Nickelodeon’s global brand standards while adapting execution for local market relevance. I guided design development, experiential storytelling, retail integration, and style governance to ensure the environment authentically reflected the energy and personality of the brand.
Through strategic oversight of creative, technical, and operational teams, the project was delivered on brand, on budget, and on schedule, reinforcing franchise integrity while expanding consumer engagement within a high-profile international entertainment destination.
